History

Keiretsu Forum was founded in the San Francisco East Bay in California in 2000 by Mr Randy Williams. Now it is a worldwide network of capital, resources and deal flow with 54 chapters across 5 continents. Keiretsu Forum has been rated by Pitchbook.com and others as the “Largest private investors network in the world” as well as “one of the most active investor groups”, with well over 1100 companies funded per year across the world.

Who are we?

K4X is an amalgamation of several Keiretsu Forum chapters, coming together to offer our network a much more internationally integrated and technology-enabled more smoother investment and deal-making experience.

Organisationally we aim to become more corporate and venture investible ourselves, so we can improve further and scale faster.

Our approach

Keiretsu believes that through a holistic approach that includes interlocking relationships with partners and key resources, they can offer an association that produces access to capital, talent, technology, and resources needed to build a successful venture.

What do we invest in?

Keiretsu community members typically invest in opportunities in emerging technologies, including clean tech, fintech, healthcare/life sciences, consumer products, real estate, private credit and any other asset classes that may offer high growth potentials.

Where does our deal flow come from?

Our quality and diverse deal flow comes from our community of members, such as venture capitalists, corporate sponsors, incubators and universities. Increasingly we are also fielding large volumes of deal-flow from our partner fintech platforms, such as the likes of Linqto.com (also one of the most actively invested in fintech company by Keiretsu members globally)

How can I be a part of Keiretsu?

Keiretsu membership is comprised of serious investors, business leaders, venture capitalists, corporate/institutional investors and serial entrepreneurs. Keiretsu enjoys synergies and close relationships with these organisations and/or individuals. We hold regular in person or Virtual events to curate investment opportunities and to provide a forum to socialise amongst fellow investors.
